SHIPPING AND ORDERS
How much are the shipping costs for my order?
Shipping costs vary depending on your location and the weight of your order. The easiest way to check is to add your favorite items to the cart; once you enter your address at checkout, the shipping total will be calculated automatically before you pay.
When will my order arrive?
We believe in conscious consumption, so we print on demand! This means it takes about 2-3 business days to prepare your order. Once shipped, delivery times are usually:
– Spain: 1 to 4 business days.
– Europe: 4 to 7 business days.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your package is on its way, we’ll send a tracking number to your email. If you don’t see it in your inbox after a few days, please give your spam folder a quick check!
RETURNS & REFUNDS
How do I return an item?
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase! You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Just drop us an email to hello@tatsmood.com and we’ll guide you through the steps. Please keep in mind that items must be in their original, resellable condition.
Can I exchange my order for a different size or item?
Yes, we are happy to help with exchanges! Please note that while we handle the replacement, the shipping costs for exchanges are covered by the customer.
How long does it take to get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund immediately. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the credit should appear in your account within 5 to 10 business days.
Can I order if my country is not listed for shipping?
Currently, we officially ship to European countries. However, if you are dying to get one of our items and live elsewhere, please send us an email or a DM! We’ll do our best to find a way to get it to you.
